Pro Tip
VPS's lost & found only staffs Monday–Friday and responds "as soon as possible on the next business day," so something left behind on a Friday evening or over the weekend won't get a reply until Monday. Email Lost_Found@FlyVPS.com with your flight info and a description — it's more reliable than voicemail. Items are kept only about one month, so follow up promptly.

What if I left something on the plane?
Items left on aircraft go to the airline, not the airport lost and found. Contact the airline directly — each airline has its own baggage service phone number and online claim process.
