Las Vegas (LAS) Airport Shopping

Shopping at Harry Reid International Airport spans convenience staples at Hudson News and tech accessories at InMotion through to local specialty gifts and duty-free for international travelers. See each section below for exact locations by concourse or terminal.

Diagram of duty-free shopping with sealed liquid bags and the rules for carrying them through connections.
Duty-free liquids must stay in the sealed store bag to clear security on international connecting flights.

Duty-free shopping

Las Vegas is a domestic-focused hub with no significant duty-free operation. Limited duty-free kiosks in Terminal 3 (C-gates) serve the small number of international departures — primarily spirits and tobacco with minimal selection compared to gateway airports.

US duty-free allowance

US residents may bring back $800 in duty-free goods per person. Liquids purchased at duty-free must be in the original sealed store bag when transiting international connections — otherwise they may be confiscated at the connecting airport security checkpoint.

Books & magazines

Hudson News at all concourses in Terminal 1 (D and E gates) and Terminal 3 (C gates). Standard airport book and magazine selection. Las Vegas-themed gift shops far outnumber bookstores at LAS.

Convenience & travel essentials

Hudson News throughout both terminals. Heavy saturation of gift shops with Nevada and Las Vegas merchandise — playing cards, poker chips, dice, slot machine memorabilia, and Vegas-branded items in virtually every gate area of both terminals.

Hudson News is at most gate areas throughout Harry Reid International Airport — a reliable last-minute stop for charging cables, snacks, OTC medicine, and reading material before any departure.

Tech & electronics

InMotion Entertainment at most gates in both terminals. Standard tech accessories — phone chargers, earbuds, and travel adapters are well-stocked. No Best Buy Express at LAS.

Best Buy Express kiosks carry Apple accessories, Bose headphones, and phone chargers at most major US airports. InMotion Entertainment is the other key tech stop — open at most gate clusters and stocked with travel-oriented electronics essentials.

Fashion & specialty retail

Las Vegas souvenir and gift shops dominate the retail footprint at both terminals. Show-themed and casino-branded merchandise. Limited high-end fashion inside the airport — the Strip casinos, Forum Shops at Caesars, and Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood are the real retail destinations.

Best shopping area

Terminal 3's C-gates have the most varied shopping at LAS with better food and retail options than the older Terminal 1 concourses. The connector between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 has a good cluster of gift shops and Hudson stores.

Pro Tip

Las Vegas airport gift shops are tourist-oriented with standard Vegas merchandise. For actual high-end shopping or unique Las Vegas items, the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and the shops inside the Wynn are far superior to anything inside LAS — both are a short rideshare from the airport.
