An outdoor pet relief area is outside baggage claim near the east employee parking lot (pre-security). Indoor pet relief areas are post-security in both the East and West Concourses.

Quiet and sensory room

JAN does not currently have a confirmed public sensory room. JAN does not have a dedicated sensory/quiet room. Call the airport's special-assistance line at 601-939-5631 (staffed 24/7/365) ahead of travel to arrange extra support or a quieter route through the terminal.

Wheelchair and mobility device rentals

JAN does not publish a personal-use wheelchair/mobility-device rental program. Free airline-provided wheelchair assistance is available curb-to-gate and gate-to-curb if requested through your airline; travelers who need their own equipment inside the terminal should arrange rental in advance through a Jackson-area medical equipment supplier.

Accessible parking is available at every lot: on all levels of the Garage near the elevators, directly behind the Garage in the Surface lot, and adjacent to the entry gate in the Long-Term lot.
