Speed and coverage

FAT WiFi delivers adequate speeds on the FAT FREE WIFI network. FAT WiFi provides adequate speeds for browsing and email; streaming and video calls may buffer during peak hours when the most passengers are connected simultaneously. Coverage extends throughout the terminal areas and concourses — you generally do not need to reconnect as you move through the airport.

Charging stations

Outlets are built into seating throughout both Concourse A and the new Concourse B, plus a concentrated bank of outlets at the base of the escalator in the post-security Arts Lounge — the airport's most reliable single charging spot. Most major US airports — including FAT — provide a mix of USB-A, USB-C, and standard 120 V outlets at gate seating. Bring your own cable; cables are not supplied at charging kiosks.

Pro Tip

FAT is one connected terminal building, so WiFi coverage stays consistent airport-wide — you won't lose signal moving between the pre-security lobby and either concourse, including inside the new Concourse B international arrivals area that opened in December 2025.
