Speed and coverage

PIE WiFi delivers adequate speeds on the Airport_Guest network. PIE WiFi provides adequate speeds for browsing and email; streaming and video calls may buffer during peak hours when the most passengers are connected simultaneously. Coverage extends throughout the terminal areas and concourses — you generally do not need to reconnect as you move through the airport.

Charging stations

Charging stations are built into gate seating on both A-Side (Gates 1–6) and B-Side (Gates 7–12); additional outlets are at the Visitor Information Booth in Baggage Claim. Most major US airports — including PIE — provide a mix of USB-A, USB-C, and standard 120 V outlets at gate seating. Bring your own cable; cables are not supplied at charging kiosks.

Pro Tip

PIE is a single, compact terminal, so the free Airport_Guest signal is consistent everywhere — pre-security, both gate concourses, and baggage claim — with no dead zones to plan around.
