Speed and coverage

FAI WiFi delivers adequate speeds on the FAIconnect network. FAI WiFi provides adequate speeds for browsing and email; streaming and video calls may buffer during peak hours when the most passengers are connected simultaneously. Coverage extends throughout the terminal areas and concourses — you generally do not need to reconnect as you move through the airport.

Charging stations

Power outlets are built into gate seating throughout both concourses, and coin-operated massage chairs with charging ports are near Gate 3. Most major US airports — including FAI — provide a mix of USB-A, USB-C, and standard 120 V outlets at gate seating. Bring your own cable; cables are not supplied at charging kiosks.

Pro Tip

Because FAI is a single small terminal with only nine gates, the FAIconnect signal is consistently strong everywhere in the building — there's no need to hunt for a stronger spot near a particular gate.
