Speed and coverage

EYW WiFi delivers adequate speeds on the MC-Public network. EYW WiFi provides adequate speeds for browsing and email; streaming and video calls may buffer during peak hours when the most passengers are connected simultaneously. Coverage extends throughout the terminal areas and concourses — you generally do not need to reconnect as you move through the airport.

Charging stations

The new Concourse A (opened April 2025) built powered seating into every one of its eight gates — AC outlets and USB ports are within reach almost anywhere you sit, plus stand-up worktables with power along the concourse. Most major US airports — including EYW — provide a mix of USB-A, USB-C, and standard 120 V outlets at gate seating. Bring your own cable; cables are not supplied at charging kiosks.

Pro Tip

EYW is a single small concourse, so wifi coverage is consistent gate-to-gate with no dead zones from walking between buildings. Some third-party travel-guide sites list the network under an older/alternate name ("KeyWestAirport_FreeWiFi") — if "MC-Public" isn't visible in your list, check for that name too.
