Where to get picked up at DFW

UUber Pickup Zone

Arrivals (lower) level of each terminal — designated TNC/Rideshare curb with white-and-green 'Passenger Pick-Up' signs

LLyft Pickup Zone

Arrivals (lower) level of each terminal — same designated TNC curb zones as Uber

How to find the rideshare zone

Exit baggage claim to the lower Arrivals curb and follow white-and-green 'Rideshare/TNC' signs; pickup is at the curbside of your arrival terminal.

Avoiding surge pricing at DFW

When surge peaks: Surge peaks Friday 4–8pm and Sunday 3–8pm; Cowboys game days at AT&T Stadium in Arlington generate regional surges; summer heat waves compress driver supply midday.

Wait tip

Drivers stage in the Terminal B infield lot (primary) or Terminal E infield lot (6pm–midnight overflow); expect slightly longer waits at Terminals D and E.
