Gate outlet coverage at The Eastern Iowa Airport is widespread — outlets at nearly every gate seat. Standard AC three-prong outlets are built into seating throughout the single concourse, both pre- and post-security. The newest gates (10, 11, 12, and 14), added in the 2025 terminal extension, have the most seating with built-in power. USB-A and standard outlets are the primary charging options.

Dedicated charging seating/counters are at the Fly Zone/High Porch gate cluster and in the new gate-extension seating near Gates 10–14; two EV charging stalls are in the long-term lot and two more in the short-term lot.

Paid charging options
None for personal devices inside the terminal. EV charging in the parking lots is paid: two ChargePoint stalls each in the long-term and short-term lots at $0.20/kWh plus standard parking fees.. Free gate-area outlets are available throughout the terminal and are sufficient for most travelers — paid options are mainly useful if you need a secure place to leave your device unattended while it charges.
